about

Plaguewielder is a three-piece blackened sludge outfit from a decrepit mill town in Ohio. Formed in 2015 by Bryce Seditz (guitar/vocals), the band adds the talents of Cody Cooke (studio drummer) and Daniel Kuntz (bass). Plaguewielder released a seven song EP entitled Succumb to the Ash on Dullest Records in 2015. With numerous tours and shows under their belt, Plaguewielder will be releasing Surrender to the Void here on Fragile Branch Recordings on 8/10/18. Surrender To The Void is a more visceral, outraged and pummeling collection of sounds than those captured on the first album. This is Plaguewielder at their finest.

Track Name: In Depths of Cold Hell
States of desperation
Leading to the seventh circle of hell
I've never felt like there was a "god"
Only left to question the self

Bearer of disease
Filled with disgust
Burning pyre
For the devils lust

In depths of cold hell
To travel this journey
Is too shed the shell
Transcending earthly ties
Of the great ones whom cannot die.

This mass grave is a testimony
To man's abolished dreams
Ashes of ourselves drift away

Nullifying any truth
Thought to be substantial
Full of shit
